How FIND MY FAMILY works

1. Set up: Scan the watch’s QR code and add the wearer’s name and your emergency contact details.
2. Show the watch: If help is needed, the wearer can show the engraved code to a trusted adult.
3. Scan and call: The adult scans the code with a smartphone camera to open the Back Home page and contact the family using the details provided.

The engraved code needs no charging or special app to be scanned. Contact details can be updated through the Back Home account without changing the watch. FIND MY FAMILY helps people make contact; it does not track the wearer’s location.
