Limited Warranties

Almuftah Center offers limited warranties on select products. These warranties are non-transferable and valid only for the original retail purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

• Black & Decker: Two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• Refrigerators: One-year warranty on the unit and a five-year warranty on the compressor.
• Air Conditioners: One-year warranty on the unit and a five-year warranty on the compressor.
• Washing Machines & Other Electrical Products: One-year warranty.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Almuftah Center customer service at +974 5051 6305 or amc@almuftah.com with the following information:

• Purchase date and proof of purchase
• Product model number and serial number
• Detailed description of the issue

Almuftah Center reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing any warranty service.
