Limited Warranties
Almuftah Center offers limited warranties on select products. These warranties are non-transferable and valid only for the original retail purchaser.
Warranty Coverage
- Black & Decker: Two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Refrigerators: One-year warranty on the unit and a five-year warranty on the compressor.
- Air Conditioners: One-year warranty on the unit and a five-year warranty on the compressor.
- Washing Machines & Other Electrical Products: One-year warranty.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Almuftah Service Center Customer Service at +974 6658 8211 or service@almuftah.com with the following information:
- Purchase date and proof of purchase
- Product model number and serial number
- Detailed description of the issue
Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Important: Almuftah Service Center team will guide you through the warranty process. Please note that the service center where the product will be repaired or inspected is not the same as the customer service office. You must first contact customer service to arrange and confirm the correct service center location before visiting.
Almuftah Center reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing any warranty service.
