- Scan and connect: A helpful adult can scan the code with a smartphone camera. The Back Home page displays the contact details you have provided so they can call you directly.
The engraved QR code needs no charging or special app to be scanned. You can also update the information linked to it through your Back Home account without changing the watch. FIND MY FAMILY is an emergency contact feature; it does not track the wearer’s location.
