How FIND MY FAMILY works
- Set up the profile: Scan the unique QR code engraved on the case back and add your child’s name and your emergency contact details.
- Show the watch: If your child needs help, they can show the code to a trusted adult.
- Scan and call: The adult scans it with a smartphone camera to open the Back Home page and contact you using the details provided.
The engraved QR code needs no charging or special app to be scanned. You can update its linked contact information through your Back Home account. FIND MY FAMILY helps someone contact you; it does not track your child’s location.
