How FIND MY FAMILY works
- Create a profile: Scan the engraved QR code and add the wearer’s name and your emergency contact information.
- Show the watch: If help is needed, the wearer can show the code to a trusted adult.
- Scan and connect: The adult scans the code with a smartphone camera to open the Back Home page and call the contact listed.
The engraved QR code does not need charging or a special app to be scanned. You can update the information linked to it through your Back Home account. FIND MY FAMILY is an emergency contact feature and does not track the wearer’s location.
